CCL Monthly Meeting

Please join us at the next meeting of the Palouse Chapter of the Citizens Climate Lobby, this Thursday, October 15 from 5:30-7:00 p.m. at the Community Congregational United Church of Christ at 525 NE Campus Street in Pullman or on Zoom (see agenda attached). • • guest speaker Kyran Kunkel, Executive Director of the Friends of the Clearwater, discussing their initiative, “The Big Wild”
  • a review of recent CCL-Palouse accomplishments
  • information on the permitting reform bill, BAAJA (pronounced like the Mexican peninsula), the Bipartisan American Affordability and Jobs Act, recently introduced in the Senate, to be debated after the midterm elections, and endorsed by CCL
  • preparing for the midterm elections
